Email ERP Connector
The Email ERP Connector sends you a notification email when a new order is created in the Jay marketplace. This allows you to manually process orders in your existing ERP system or order management software.

As the simplified checkout only fetches one address, the CSV file may return the same address for both the invoice and the shipping address.
There are two options how a retailer can receive order notifications:
- Human readable email with order details and customer information
- Machine readable email with order details in JSON format
This connector is ideal for retailers who prefer a simple, manual approach to order management without the need for complex integrations. You can easily copy the order details from the email and enter them into your ERP system.
For developers looking to parse these emails programmatically, we recommend using the machine-readable JSON format option instead, which provides the same data in a structured format that's easier to process.
