Accessing Your Dashboard

The Stripe Express Dashboard is your control center for managing payments, tracking financial activity, and updating your account settings. This guide explains how to access and sign in to your dashboard.

Initial Access

When you first join the Jay platform as a retailer, you'll receive an email invitation to set up your Stripe Connected Account. Follow these steps to gain initial access:

1. Look for an email from Stripe with the subject line "Set up your Stripe account for [Jay Platform]"
2. Click the "Set up your account" button in the email
3. Follow the onboarding steps to provide required information
4. Create your account password
5. Set up two-factor authentication (recommended for security)

Regular Dashboard Access

After your initial setup, you can access your dashboard in two ways:

Method 1: Direct Link

1. Visit https://express.stripe.com
2. Enter your email address
3. Enter your password
4. Complete two-factor authentication if enabled

Method 2: Through the Jay Retailer Portal (in planning)

1. Log in to your Jay retailer account
2. Navigate to the "Financial Management" section
3. Click on "Stripe Dashboard"
4. You'll be automatically signed in to your Stripe Express Dashboard
